Bernard And Gertrude Habbestad Spokane

Bernard and Gertrude Habbestad, Spokane, will observe their 50th wedding anniversary from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday with a celebration at the First Covenant Church.

Hosts for the event will be their children and spouses: Russell Habbestad and Steven Habbestad, both of Spokane; Kathryn Habbestad, Bellevue, Wash.; Roger and Lynn Habbestad of Tampa, Fla.; and Gordon Habbestad of Havelock, N.C.

The Habbestads were married June 11, 1948, in Spokane. They have two grandchildren.
