Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Robert A. Gutzman 25, Spirit Lake, delivery of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine, failure to appear/invalid driver’s license, $16,000 bond.

Thomas A. Knack 27, Post Falls, failure to appear/aggravated assault, $75,000 bond.

Edward J. Payne 25, Spokane, possession of amphetamine, $10,000 bond.

Tina M. Ward 34, Coeur d’Alene, grand theft, $5,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Philip J. Allen 43, Plummer, contempt/ driving under the influence, $462 bond.

Osbaldo Amador-Cortez 23, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/no driver’s license, failure to appear/ reckless driving, $454 bond.

Kurt J. Bertram 29, Coeur d’Alene, contempt and failure to appear/invalid driver’s license, $427 bond, 10 days in jail.

Brian J. Blankenship 31, Spokane, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $215 bond.

Brandon M. Capello 18, Hayden, contempt/ minor in possession of tobacco, $118 bond.

Robert J. Carl Jr. 29, Post Falls, contempt/ invalid driver’s license, $164 bond.

Tony L. Christmann 34, Post Falls, contempt/fishing without a license, $121 bond.

Michael R. Claytor 18, Spokane, contempt/ minor in possession of alcohol, $93 bond.

Travis D. Cox 25, Harrison, contempt/driving while suspended, $367 bond.

Daniel R. Curan 40, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving while suspended, $167 bond.

Gary R. Gant 50, Athol, contempt/petty theft, $291 bond.

Mark A. Lindsey 39, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/domestic battery, invalid driver’s license, failure to appear/domestic battery (two counts), $4,450 bond.

James L. Oliver Jr. 40, Post Falls, contempt/ driving while suspended, failure to appear/ driving while suspended, injury to another by discharging a firearm, $1,075 bond, nine days in jail.

Joann O’Neill 29, Post Falls, contempt/ driving while suspended, $150 bond.

Tonya M. Walters 25, Post Falls, contempt/ no driver’s license, $132 bond.
