Flood Damage To Be Discussed At Hearing

Washouts, flooding and landslides that closed 15 roads on the Colville National Forest in late May will be the subject of a public meeting Thursday.

The U.S. Forest Service will discuss the estimated $2 million in damage. It also will discuss road closures, access to trailheads and campsites, and repairs.

The meeting will be held at the Kiwanis Hall in Republic at 7 p.m.
