Flora Clausen Fairfield
Funeral for Flora Clausen, 95, will be at 10:30 a.m. today at the Zion Lutheran Church in Fairfield. Graveside service will follow at 1:30 p.m. at the International Order of Odd Fellows Evergreen Cemetery in Rosalia, Wash. Schanzenbach Funeral Home in Fairfield is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Clausen, who was born in Fairfield, died Thursday.
In 1923 she married Henry Clausen. She worked as a homemaker.
She was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church, the Pomona Drill Team and the Grange in Fairfield.
Her husband died in 1979.
Survivors include two sons, Wayne Clausen of Rosalia and Raymond Clausen of Fairfield; a brother, Ervin Zehm of Fairfield; a sister, Hilda Young of Clarkston, Wash.; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Lester Buell Chewelah, Wash.
Memorial service for Lester Byron Buell, 94, was Friday at the Free Methodist Church in Chewelah. Schanzenbach Funeral Home in Chewelah was in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Buell, who was born in Russell, Minn., died Feb. 20.
He moved to Chewelah in 1924, and in 1930 he married Josephine Jeffries in Colville, Wash.
Mr. Buell was a retired farmer and a member of the Blue Creek Grange and the Chewelah Free Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Paul Buell of Wasilla, Alaska, and Warren Buell of Chewelah; a daughter, Janice Hotchkiss of Spokane; nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Chewelah Free Methodist Church.
Hilda Glinski Post Falls
Funeral Mass for Hilda M. Glinski, 71, will be held today at 11 a.m. at St. George’s Catholic Church in Post Falls.
Mrs. Glinski, who was born in Ulm, Germany, died Friday.
She lived in North Dakota before moving to Spokane in 1947.
Mrs. Glinski lived in Spokane and worked at Sears at the NorthTown Mall as a salesperson for 22 years, before retiring in 1991.
She moved to Post Falls in 1991 and was a member of the Post Falls Eagles Auxiliary and St. George’s Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband of 51 years, John; three sons, Jack Glinski of Post Falls, and Roger and Bob Glinski, both of Spokane; two daughters, Glenna Huston of Spokane and Mary Hanson of Post Falls; a sister, Amelia Collins of North Dakota; and three brothers, Geb Galle of Washington, Louie Galle of Colorado and Frank Galle of North Dakota; and eight grandchildren.
Patricia Miller Spokane
Funeral for Patricia Miller, 52, was Sunday at Hennessey-Smith Funeral Home. A private commital was held.
Mrs. Miller, who was born in New Orleans, died Thursday.
She moved to Spokane 10 years ago from Coeur d’Alene and worked as an insurance agent.
Mrs. Miller was a member of the Triathalon of Coeur d’Alene, the Chamber of Commerce in Coeur d’Alene and the Spokane Area Chamber of Commerce.
Survivors include his cousins, Deanna and Donald Rappe of Spokane.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
Stella Wilson Spokane
No service will be held for Stella A. Wilson, 83, at her request. Thornhill Valley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Wilson, who was born in Penticton, British Columbia, died Thursday.
She moved with her family to Spokane in 1941 and worked for J.C. Penney for 18 years.
Her husband of 56 years, Glenn Wilson, died 1993.
Survivors include a daughter, Sharon Davis of Bellevue, Wash.; a son, Jimmie Wilson of Spokane; and two granddaughters.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Spokane.
Samuel Elston Jr. Spokane
Inurnment for Samuel B. Elston Jr., 97, will be at a later date in Brookings, S.D. Thornhill Valley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Elston, who was born in Aurora, S.D., died Thursday.
He worked as a mail carrier for the Postal Service for 50 years.
Mr. Elston moved to Spokane 10 years ago.
His wife, Ora Elston, died in 1971.
Survivors include a son, Dale Elston of Spokane; three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Bonnie Grover Spokane
Funeral for Bonnie Vey Grover, 94, will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Sherman-Knapp Funeral Home in Newport, Wash. Burial will follow at the Newport Cemetery in Newport.
Mrs. Grover, who was born in Beaver Creek, Ore., died Thursday.
In 1920 she married Lon Grover in Spokane. She was as a homemaker.
She moved to Spokane from Usk, Wash., in 1984 and was a member of the Davis Lake Grange 501.
Her husband died in 1974.
Survivors include two daughters, Betty DeChenne of Spokane and Virginia McDonnell of Anchorage, Alaska; four grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren and one great-great-great-grandchild.
