Liberty Baptist Church was the setting for the Nov. 8 wedding of Melissa Stonehouse and John Pettit Jr.

The bride is the daughter of Jerry and Marejean Stonehouse, Logan, Utah. The bridegroom is the son of John and Linda Pettit, Spokane.

A reception was at the church. The Pettits are living in Spokane after a honeymoon in Mazatlan, Mexico.
