Mead Senior Named Princess

The 11th Lilac princess was chosen Wednesday night.

Jamie Aga will represent Mead High School. A senior, she is the daughter of Dan Aga and Leslie Shatzer.

Aga, 17, has been involved in competitive figure skating, leadership class, National Honor Society and track and has volunteered for Sacred Heart Medical Center and the Spokane County Sheriff’s Department.

She plans to attend the University of Colorado, majoring in nursing.

One of the Lilac princesses will be named queen April 18 at Ferris High School.
