Construction Begins On Pizzeria Uno

Construction has started at the Spokane Valley Mall on the region’s first Pizzeria Uno Chicago Bar and Grill.

The restaurant will be 5,431 square feet and will be located at the mall’s southwest entrance, facing Interstate 90 next to the movie theater.

Tentative opening date is July 15.

Pizzeria Uno features lunch and dinner menus and offers pasta, soup and salad. The house special is deep-dish Chicago-style pizza.

Pizzeria Uno, based in West Roxbury, Mass., was established in 1943 and has grown to 200 franchises nationwide.
