Haxel Lanae Neff - 7 lb. 2 oz. girl, 20 inches, born May 4 to Christina Norton and Jack Neff, Hayden Lake. Grandparents, Nan and Bob Kitchen, Glen and Dee Norton, and Marlund and Jackie Neff.
