John Campbell, a hot financier in the Roaring ‘20s, had an upscale apartment that looked out over the spectacular main concourse of New York’s Grand Central Terminal, as seen above in this 1937 file photo. Campbell’s posh playground is now being turned into a fashionable cigar bar as part of Grand Central’s 10-year restoration.
