A total of 18 air quality complaints were reported to the Spokane County Air Pollution Control Authority between May 11 and May 16.

The most common complaint, SFBD smoke/ odors, was reported six times.

May 11

Dust from unpaved road reported at 500 block N. Collins at 2:55 p.m.

May 12

Dust from unpaved road reported at 17000 block E. Boone at 9:32 a.m.

Odors from compost reported at Ecocycle at 11:35 a.m.

Spray painting/odors reported at 1100 E. Lyons at 11:40 a.m.

Dust from construction reported at 8100 block N. Division at 11:53 a.m.

Odors reported at 11304 E. Alki at 1:45 p.m.

Dust from unpaved road reported at 9200 block N. Campbell Road at 2:07 p.m.

Dust reported at 3300 block S. Warren Lane at 3:00 p.m.

Open fire reported at 4005 S. Best Ct. at 11:40 a.m.

Open fire reported at 727 S. Ray at 1:02 p.m.

Smoke/odors from a solid fuel burning device, such as a wood stove or fireplace reported at 4322 E. 14th at 1:55 p.m.

Open fire reported at 5007 N. Adams at 2:25 p.m.

Spray painting/odors reported at 11405 E. 14th at 8:40 a.m.

May 15
