Idaho Signs Middle Blocker
Jessica Trezise, a 5-foot-10 middle blocker who played at the University of Memphis last season, has announced she will transfer to the University of Idaho to play volleyball.
A native of Tucson, Ariz., Trezise played as a true freshman this year and finished with 1.53 kills and .9 blocks per game.
Trezise is expected to fill a void that was left when Alli Nieman announced she will concentrate solely on basketball. She’s joins other signees - defensive specialist Kristin DeBello, outside hitters Heather Kniss and Kelly Weiss and setter Jennifer Neville.
