Exploring The Newsstand

The National Geographic Society announced Tuesday that, for the first time in more than a century National Geographic magazine will be sold at newsstands, starting with the November issues. The monthly magazine has been sold only by subscription for more than 100 years. The magazine will be available at newsstands in 80 large cities across the country. Single issues will cost $3.95.
