Outstanding Warrants

Shoshone County has a backlog of more than 800 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Jason L. Westcott 22, Stockton, Calif., driving under the influence, $300 bond.

Thomas J. Whatcott 42, Kellogg, driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident, $542 bond.

Jimmy D. Wheeler 44, St. Regis, Mont., driving under the influence, fictitious display, $566 bond.

Clyde A. White 20, Wallace, possession of drug paraphernalia, $163 bond.

Connie H. White 22, Renton, Wash., failure to purchase a driver’s license, $200 bond.

Charity A. Wilburn 26, Kellogg, petty theft, issuing an insufficient funds check, $400 bond.

Robert J. White 40, driving under the influence, no driver’s license, $2,000 bond.

Louis J. Wilhelm 18, Osburn, possession of tobacco, $70 bond.

Donald S. Wilkinson 51, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, no trip permit, $97 bond.

Frank A. Williams 43, Spokane, possession of a suspended driver’s license, $300 bond.

Burnice A. Williams Jr., aka Wayne E. Williams 49, Gardendale, Ala., driving under the influence, driving without privileges, $814 bond.

James G. Williams 25, Roy, Wash., driving while suspended, possession of drug paraphernalia, $66 bond.

Irena L. Wilkinson, aka Irena L. Ober 33, driving under the influence, $201 bond.

Jolene N. Williams 20, Kellogg, minor consuming alcohol, $100 bond.

Most contempt warrants can be taken care of by contacting the Shoshone County courthouse and paying an outstanding fine.
