Bender-Massena Spokane

Katie Wagner Massena became the bride of Bill J. Bender in an Aug. 14 ceremony at The Episcopal Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist.

The bride is the daughter of Paul and Peg Wagner, Spokane. Dr. Robert Bender, Cypress, Calif., and the late Carolyn Bender, are the parents of the groom.

A reception followed at the church. The Benders are living in Spokane after a honeymoon in the San Juan Islands, Victoria, British Columbia, and along the Oregon Coast.
