Wedding vows were exchanged by Kim Denise Meier and Steve Scott Smith in a Sept. 19 ceremony at the Unitarian Universalist Church.

Donald Meier and Gwenn Wiggins, both of Spokane, are parents of the bride. Smith is the son of the late Lowell and Stephanie Smith.

A reception followed at Glover Mansion. The Smiths are living in Spokane after a honeymoon kayaking in Gulf Islands, British Columbia.
