Clara Jackman Spokane

Clara (Adams) Jackman, who was born Oct. 3, 1898, in Marion County, Iowa, celebrates her 100th birthday today.

She married Hugh Jackman in 1917, and together they owned and operated the Prairie View Poultry Farm and Jackman Egg Co.

Mr. Jackman died in 1984.

Mrs. Jackman is the mother of Ruth Morrow, Nine Mile Falls, Phyllis Bezona, Portland and Hugh Jackman Jr., Yakima. She has eight grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.
