Reserve A Campsite

National forests

A new reservation system will give campers their earliest-ever chance to reserve a site at National Forest and Corps of Engineers campgrounds for next season.

As of Thursday, campers have been able to make reservations up to 240 days in advance at popular areas such as Priest Lake, as well as for cabins and lookouts managed by the Forest Service.

That means people are already making reservations for the Memorial Day weekend. Group site reservations are being accepted a full year in advance.

Operators will work 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Pacific Time at the toll-free telephone number, 877-444-6777.

Beginning Nov. 16, customers will be able to see available facilities and make reservations via the Internet at ReserveUSA.com.
