Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Christine L. Smith 31, Spokane, parole violation/burglary, $5,000 bond.

Leeanne R. St. Martin 24, Newport, Wash., possession of methamphetamine, $5,000 bond.

Roy B. Wise 19, Post Falls, burglary, $25,000 bond.
