Post Falls Outlets Will Get Name Change
Factory Outlets is getting a new name.
Beginning Sunday, the 50 outlet stores along Interstate 90 will be called “Prime Outlets.”
The change is part of owner Prime Retail’s plan to brand all of its outlet centers nationwide under the same name. Prime Retail is the world’s largest owner and developer of outlet centers. It has owned the Post Falls outlet stores since 1997.
The interstate pylon sign will be changed to reflect the new name. Advertising for the holiday season will also reflect the name change.
Baltimore-based Prime Retail owns 50 outlet centers in 26 states, totaling approximately 14 million square feet of retail space.
