VanHees-Phillips Shelby Phillips and Scott VanHees, both formerly of Spokane and now living in Portland, plan to marry Nov. 7.

Rich-Whittekiend Lynn Whittekiend, Deer Park, and Scott Rich, Spokane, plan to marry March 6.
