James And Beverly Riggin Sandpoint

James and Beverly Riggin, Sandpoint, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house at 2 p.m. today at their home.

Hosts for the event will be their children and spouses: Ronald Riggin, Randy and Renee Riggin, Debra Riggin and Lorinda Riggin, all of Spokane; Marlisa and Doug Schackel, and Richard Riggin, all of Newman Lake; and Sabrina and Rob Schoenberger, Mead.

The Riggins were married Sept. 4, 1948, in Spokane. They have 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
