Tabatha Mae Carter became the bride of Kevin Douglas Hill in an Aug. 8 ceremony at the home of the groom’s parents, Tom and Linda Hill, in Nine Mile Falls.

The bride is the daughter of Hebert Lay, Spokane, and Judy Bell, Spokane.

A reception at Two Rivers End followed the ceremony.

The Hills are living in Spokane after a honeymoon in Las Vegas and the Olympic Peninsula.
