Cortnie Joanne Covault became the bride of Jason H. Wrede in a July 11 ceremony at Grace Community Church in Lake Forest, Calif.

The bride is the daughter of Lawrence and Sandi Covault, Lake Forest. Ellen Wrede, Spokane, is the mother of the groom.

A reception followed at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Laguana Hills, Calif. The Wredes are living in Portland after a honeymoon in Kauai, Hawaii.
