Robert G. and Mary A. Schimanski, Spokane, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a family gathering on Aug. 28.

Hosts for the event were their sons and daughter-in-law: Richard Schimanski, and Roger and Peta Schimanski, all of Spokane.

The Schimanskis were married Aug. 28, 1948, in Tacoma.
