Kootenai County Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Joseph L. Barnes 22, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for trial/possession of a controlled substance, $5,000 bond.

Vernon L. Fossum 35, Spokane, parole violation/forgery, $5,000 bond.

Edward L. Green 62, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/burglary, $5,000 bond.

Rebecca L. Ruben 31, Post Falls, fraudulent procurement of unemployment benefits, $5,000 bond.

Peter A. Zimmerman 25, Rathdrum, failure to appear/possession of methamphetamine, $10,000 bond.

MISDEMEANORS

Sean A. Brown 31, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/ driving under the influence, $588 bond.

Jason E. Flamand 20, Post Falls, contempt/ minor in possession of alcohol, $163 bond.

Dwight L. Hubbard 43, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/inattentive driving, no driver’s license, fishing without a license, unlawful possession of fish, $1,425 bond.
