Anne Palmer and Chad Carter exchanged vows at the Little Church of the West in Las Vegas on Aug. 23.

The bride is the daughter of Alan and Lynda Palmer, Post Falls. The bridegroom is the son of Rick and Mary Carter, Post Falls, and Ronnie and Dean Smith, Ione, Wash.

A reception was held in Ione on Sept. 12. The Carters are living in Spokane after a honeymoon in Las Vegas.
