Three Arrested In Avery Drug Raid
Shoshone County narcotics officers raided a housing complex Tuesday night near Avery and arrested three people on drug charges.
Officers from the Shoshone Interagency Drug Enforcement team seized 250 grams of psilocybin mushrooms packaged for sale, scales and other drug paraphernalia, according to the Shoshone County Sheriff’s Department.
Tyler Solt, 20, of Bonners Ferry, and Jesse J. Smedly, 23, of Spirit Lake, were each arrested on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance.
Solt also was jailed on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use.
Police also arrested a 22-year-old Wisconsin woman during the raid. Jayell A. Wilber was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use and frequenting a place where drugs are sold or used.
