Joshua Thornhill reported Wednesday the $691 theft by fraud when an account was opened in his name and phone services were charged without his permission.

Ethan Phillips reported Wednesday the $300 theft of a Dyno Nitro bicycle from his home on the 2400 block of Seltice Way.

Susan Shockley, employee of North Idaho College, reported Wednesday $720 damage to the exterior paint of her car when it was scratched while parked at the school at 1000 W. Garden Ave.

Kootenai County sheriff

Joyce Pennington, Cataldo, reported Wednesday the $3,030 theft of a 1981 Ford pickup and a hydraulic jack from her home on the 27300 block of Beaver Road.

George Bomar, Athol, reported Tuesday the $800 theft of a handgun and chain saw from his home on the 11200 block of Nunn Road.
