Tyson’S Future Up In Air
Mike Tyson will not decide on his boxing future until after his release from a Maryland jail, his manager said.
“There is no definitive timetable for Mike to be back in the ring anytime soon,” manager Shelley Finkel said. “Our immediate concerns are for him to be back with his family where he belongs.”
Tyson, 32, is serving a one-year sentence after pleading no contest to a misdemeanor assault charge in connection with a minor traffic accident last August.
He must still serve 60 days for violating probation for a 1992 rape conviction in Indiana and the earliest he can get out is in June.
