Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Anthony G. Ramirez 42, Cut Bank, Mont., parole violation/possession of methamphetamine, $10,000 bond.

Scott L. Razwick 32, Portland, parole violation/grand theft, $5,000 bond.

Ronald V. Shults 36, Boise, governor’s warrant from Oregon, no bond.

Robert J. Wilson 19, Post Falls, rape, $5,000 bond.

Richard L. Yapp 43, Newman Lake, Wash., parole violation/eluding, $5,000 bond.

Norman T. Baxley 32, Rathdrum, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $122 bond.

Travis J. Brown 22, Rathdrum, contempt/hunting without a license, $150 bond.

David G. Burton 42, Cataldo, contempt/driving while suspended, $292 bond.

Donald D. Campbell 52, Coeur d’Alene, contempt and failure to appear/driving under the influence, $1,140 bond.

Eric M. Dennis Sr. 50, Coolin, contempt/possession of paraphernalia, $273 bond.

Max E. Dozah 32, Rathdrum, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $153 bond.

Gypsy C. Dyer 22, Athol, contempt/inattentive driving, $148 bond.

William J. Gilman 28, Post Falls, contempt and failure to appear/driving while suspended, $288 bond, two days in jail.

Kellieann S. Grundhauser 31, Priest River, contempt/no driver’s license, $132 bond.

Ted C. Lanterman 35, Hayden, contempt/telephone harassment, carrying a concealed weapon without a permit, failure to appear/invalid driver’s license, $591 bond.

Douglas C. Lee 28, Priest River, contempt/expired driver’s license, $100 bond.

Joseph A. Lewis 19, Hayden, contempt/unlawful entry, minor in possession of tobacco, $212 bond.

Shaun L. Muzzy 37, Hayden, contempt/driving under the influence, $338 bond.

Darla A. Orozco 20, Post Falls, contempt/minor in possession of alcohol, $54 bond.

Chistopher J. Wilson 27, Greenacres, Wash., contempt/driving while suspended (three counts), $580 bond.
