Wedding vows were exchanged by Daphne K. Smith and Luther M. Riley IV in a June 27 ceremony at the home of the bride’s parents, the Rev. Jimmy and Joadele Sirmans, Spokane.

Riley is the son of Luther Riley III, Juneau, Alaska, and Barbara Riley, Spokane.

A reception at the wedding site followed the ceremony. The Rileys are living in Spokane after a honeymoon in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

A graduate of Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, the bride is a teller at I.E.T. Credit Union. The groom, a graduate of Eastern Washington University, is a social worker for the Washington Department of Social and Health Service.
