Nikki Smith exchanged wedding vows with Tony Smith in a June 1 ceremony at the Hale Koa Hotel in Honolulu.

The bride is the daughter of Dave and Dee Smith, Medical Lake. The bridegroom is the son of George and Gayle Smith, Coeur d’Alene.

A reception was at the hotel. Following their honeymoon in Honolulu, the Smiths are living in Algona, a suburb of Seattle.

The bride, a graduate of Eastern Washington University, is a public educator and information officer with the Sea-Tac Fire Department. The groom, who graduated from Kellogg High School, is a drill sergeant for the Army.
