Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Jason S. Balken 28, Coeur d’Alene, parole violation/possession of morphine, $5,000 bond.

Timothy T. Mitchell 23, Coeur d’Alene, rape, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $16,000 bond.

Stanley K. Reep 42, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of methamphetamine with intent to manufacture, $100,000 bond.

Martin A. Schorzman 39, Coeur d’Alene, parole violation for failure to appear/injury to jail, $5,000 bond.
