Sherryl Fleming reported Wednesday the $312 theft of services when someone used her debit card without permission.

Richard McDonald reported Wednesday the $300 theft of an amplifier from his 1989 Ford Ranger while it was parked at a home on the 1800 block of Shawna Avenue.
