Eric and Ruby Anderson, Spokane, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception at their home on New Year’s Eve.

Hosts for the event were their children and spouses: Karla Anderson, Spokane; Kirt and Kim Anderson, Holland, Mich.; Sally and Larry Gill, Bremerton; and Noel Anderson, Pasadena, Calif.

The Andersons were married Dec. 31, 1948, in Richland. They have six grandchildren.
