Wilbert `Archie’ Archer Post Falls

Memorial service for Wilbert “Archie” Archer, 68, will be held later. English Funeral Chapel in Coeur d’Alene is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Archer, who was born in Albuquerque, N.M., died Wednesday. He lived in Nampa, Idaho, before moving to the Post Falls area 20 years ago.

Survivors include three brothers, Lee Archer of Nampa, Millard Archer of Roy, Wash., and Don Archer of Boise; and a sister, Marguerite Ayers of Ontario, Ore.

Memorial contribution may be made to Alpha Health Services, 1301 E. Third Ave., Post Falls, ID 83854.

Isabel Brazington Spokane

Visitation for Isabel D. Brazington, 85, will be from noon to 8 p.m. today at Thornhill Valley Funeral Home. Funeral is planned for 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Pines Cemetery.

A 58-year Spokane resident, Mrs. Brazington died Wednesday. She was born in Calgary, Alberta.

She worked as a nurses aide in various nursing homes.

Her husband, Harris, died in 1983.

Survivors include three sons, Hershell and Jack Brazington, both of Spokane, and Walt Brazington of Libby, Mont.; two brothers, John Morris of Spokane and Mason Morris of Florence, Ariz.; two sisters, Phyllis Griffey and Joyce Severns, both of Portland; 12 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.

Mary Hare Fairmount, Minn.

Graveside service for Mary I. Hare, 96, will be held at a later date in Casselton, N.D. Lakeview Funeral Home in Fairmount is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Hare, a former Spokane resident, died Dec. 29. She was born in Casselton.

She attended nursing school in St. Paul, Minn., before attending post-graduate school in Cook County, Ill.

Mrs. Hare worked as a charge nurse in hospitals in Oklahoma City and Sheridan, Wyo., before moving to Spokane in 1935.

She then married Ward Hare and worked at Sacred Heart Hospital for 22 years.

Her husband died in 1972 and she moved to the Lakeview Methodist Health Care Center in Fairmount in 1991.

Survivors include a son, John Hare of Spokane; a daughter, Sue Zielske of Fairmount; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
