Airtouch Loses Bidder

MCI WorldCom Inc., the No. 2 U.S. long-distance phone company, said it decided against teaming up with AirTouch Communications Inc., leaving two bidders, Vodafone Group Plc and Bell Atlantic Corp., for the world’s largest wireless phone company.
