Autism Workshop Planned

The Spokane Autism Society plans a resource workshop on Saturday. The daylong conference at Redeemer Lutheran Church in the Spokane Valley will provide support and information to anyone associated with autism.

At the workshop, experts will give presentations on a variety of treatment and educational methods. Health and diagnosis issues also will be discussed, says organizer Kathy Tabbert.

The Spokane Autism Society cooperative support group meets at 7 p.m. every third Wednesday at St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Institute. Anyone is welcome to attend the meetings.
