Wedding vows were exchanged by Deborah Lynn Vaughn and Michael Harrison Simpson in an Aug. 8 ceremony at Spurwink Church in Cape Elizabeth, Maine.

William and Judy Vaughn, Newark, Del., are parents of the bride. Simpson is the son of Gus and Carol Simpson, Spokane.

A reception was at Inn by the Sea in Cape Elizabeth. The couple are living in Seattle after a honeymoon on the Amalfi Coast of Italy.
