Hewlett-Packard To Move Warehouse Facilities
Hewlett-Packard is relocating its warehouse facilities from Liberty Lake to the Spokane Industrial Park.
The computer and high-tech manufacturer signed a five-year lease last week to occupy 21,400 square feet of warehouse space in Building 33, a 105,000-square-foot building constructed last year.
The move is designed to free up space at Hewlett-Packard’s Liberty Lake facility for the relocation of a manufacturing process from the company’s Loveland, Colo., plant, said public relations director Liz Cox.
The Palo Alto, Calif.-based company also will be expanding its cellular phone products division in Spokane, Cox said.
The move to the Industrial Park, which will shift 33 jobs, will take place in April, she said.
Crown West Realty, owner of the Industrial Park, also announced two other new warehouse tenants for Building 33. Nova Verta USA, an importer of Italian paint ventilation systems, will occupy 16,540 square feet, while L.D. Brinkman, a Texas-based distributor of carpet and tile, will fill 10,500 square feet.
