Outstanding Warrants

Shoshone County has a backlog of more than 800 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Richard V. Sordiff 32, Kellogg, bench warrant, possession of stolen property, $500 bond.

Marvin L. Spearson 37, Browning, Mont., warrant of attachment, driving under the influence, $226 bond.

James E. Spencer 29, Cataldo, warrant of arrest, bench warrant and three warrants of attachment, burglary, probation violation, invalid driver’s license, manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, petty theft, driving while suspended, failure to register vehicle, $31,311 bond.

Samuel C. Springer, aka Stormy L. Martin 44, Silverton, warrant of attachment, driving while suspended, $159 bond.

William A. St. Mark 46, Wallace, warrant of attachment, driving under the influence, driving without privileges, $578 bond.

Perry R. Stack 24, Osburn, warrant of arrest and two bench warrants, malicious injury to property, possession of drug paraphernalia, allowing a dog to run at large, $800 bond.

Randy J. Stebe 24, Kellogg, warrant of arrest, three warrants of attachment, malicious injury to property, disturbing the peace, driving under the influence, minor consuming alcohol, grand theft, $1,884 bond.

Lee Ann Stecker, aka Montano 40, Spokane, two bench warrants, driving while suspended, possession of a controlled substance, $3,000 bond.

Roy W. Steers, aka Butch Steers 23, Wallace, warrant of attachment, disturbing the peace, resisting/obstructing officers, battery on a peace officer, $351 bond.

Most contempt warrants can be taken care of by contacting the Shoshone County Courthouse and paying an outstanding fine.
