Micron Electronic Inc. personal computer manufacturer has executed a non-binding letter of intent to buy Micron Internet Services. Micron Internet is a division of its parent company, Micron Technology Inc., a producer of computer memory chips. Micron Internet offers access to the Web for businesses and individual consumers.

Nike is voluntarily recalling 250,000 sports water bottles from stores after learning that part of the product could detach and potentially be swallowed. Nike’s curved, 22-ounce bottle, which comes in gray, blue and yellow and has the familiar swoosh, has a screw-on cap and a drinking spout at the top. The company has received one report of a spout coming off.

Circuit City Group, the No. 2 U.S. consumer-electronics retailer, will begin selling on its Web site today. The Web site is www.circuitcity.com.
