Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Samuel T. Asta 39, Athol, theft by receiving stolen property, $50,000 bond.

Gerald E. Crandall 20, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/burglary, leaving the scene of an accident, driving while suspended, operating a vehicle without owner’s consent, unlawful entry, malicious injury to property, minor in possession (five counts), possession of paraphernalia, $55,000 bond.

Harry C. Grider III 44,Coeur d’Alene, felony driving under the influence, $15,000 bond.

Tony L. Heinrich 34, Spokane, conspiracy to traffic heroin, failure to appear/petty theft, $50,000 bond.

Wayne A. Ness 44, Spirit Lake, failure to appear/grand theft, failure to register as a sex offender, $10,000 bond.

Conal R. Blanchard 22, Spokane, contempt/ driving under the influence, $488 bond.

Jason D. Bush 24, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/ inattentive driving, $375 bond.

Benjamin J. Cameron 20, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $163 bond.

Ronald E. Carnahan 26, Coeur d’Alene, contempt and failure to appear/unlawful entry, two days in jail, $82 bond.

Kenneth P. Davidson 29, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $79 bond.

Dale R. Giese 49, Spokane, contempt/driving under the influence, $588 bond.

Keneth L. Haase II 19, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving a vehicle without owner’s consent, $73 bond.

Leah K. Hauder 20, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/inattentive driving, $67 bond.

Jason A. Hill 26, Post Falls, contempt/ violation of a protection order, driving under the influence, petty theft, $2,500 bond.

Kiaren G. Madderra 37, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/petty theft, $213 bond.

Gregory K. Marble 41, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence, $88 bond.

Mary L. Patten 44, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/ driving under the influence, $115 bond.

Brett M. Petticolas 23, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving while suspended, $688 bond.

Penny J. Pupo 29, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/ disturbing the peace, $143 bond.

Clyde E. Walling Jr. 21, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/battery, $175 bond.
