Two Missing Men Believed Drowned

Idaho County authorities believe two Washington men missing since the weekend drowned in the main Salmon River.

David Rancourt, 22, and Toby Miller, 22, both of Chewelah, were last seen last Friday afternoon on the Big Salmon River Road that runs along the river.

Divers and volunteer searchers have been unable to locate the two.
