Hewlett Packard has leased 3,734 square feet of office space at 1121 N. Argonne from Metropolitan Investments. Agent: Jeff MacGougan, Tomlinson Black Commercial.

Identity by Design, a marketing and business development company, has sub-leased 1,060 square feet at 522 W. First Avenue in the Symons Building from Earl Hallman. Agents: Michael Mathis and Tom Hix, Tomlinson Black Commercial, and Josh Shearer, Kiemle and Hagood.
