Talley-Penning Carlsbad, Calif.

Amy Sue Penning became the bride of Andrew Rowen Talley in an April 10 ceremony at Bay Pointe Inn in Shelbyville, Mich.

The bride is the daughter of Lawrence and Johanna Penning, Ada, Mich. Michael and Linda Talley, Spokane and Phoenix, are the parents of the groom.

A reception at the inn followed the ceremony. The Talleys, who plan to honeymoon in Hawaii later, are living in Carlsbad.

A graduate of Agviras College, the bride is a private banking officer. The groom has an AA degree from Spokane Falls Community College and works in advertising.
