Campbell Soup Co. Restructuring Operations

The company said Friday it will combine its U.S. soup and sauce operations with its Canadian business to form the Campbell North America Soup and Sauce Division.

The company said it will save $18 million to $25 million annually by streamlining expenses.

Campbell spokesman Jerry Buckley said some jobs may be cut in the restructuring announced Friday, but it was unknown how many employees could be affected.
