Bovenkamp-Conaty Seattle

St. Mark’s Lutheran Church was the setting for the May 15 wedding of Karen Conaty and Chad Bovenkamp.

The bride is the daughter of James and Patricia Conaty, Spokane. The bridegroom is the son of Herm and Charlotte Bovenkamp, Ferndale, Wash.

A reception was at the Manito Golf and Country Club. The couple are living in Seattle after a honeymoon in Hawaii.

The bride, a graduate of the University of Puget Sound, is a nurse at Children’s Hospital. The groom, who graduated from Western Washington University, is a counselor for King County juvenile detention center.
