Spotlight: Freestyle Skiing

The Pacific Northwest Regional Freestyle Championships will be at Silver Mountain Saturday and Sunday, 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

Aerial competition will be Saturday and moguls Sunday.

The event will be on what Silver Mountain calls “Steep & Deep,” a World Cup-quality mogul training area. Participants from Washington, Oregon and Idaho will compete for qualifying points toward nationals.
