We know that neighborhood news is important to you, and that’s why we’ve launched a new publication, Handle Extra.

Every Kootenai County subscriber will receive this new section every other Saturday.

It will contain in-depth coverage of the neighborhoods throughout the county.

Look for news from Post Falls, Lakeland and Coeur d’Alene schools. Each issue will include a special feature on new neighbors in the area. We also will write about recreational sports, church news and small businesses.

And we will continue to provide the kind of complete government news coverage you’ve come to expect from The Idaho Spokesman-Review.
